Insights in Outlook is your personal time management and cross-team interaction manager. Using your data in Office 365, the tool will suggest tasks you may have missed, recommend meetings with people you haven’t talked to in a while, and display your recent email performance. 

  

MyAnalytics is an extension of your Microsoft 365 client experience that helps you find opportunities to build better habits and get back in control of your time. It uses everyday data from Microsoft 365 to give you insights into how you spend your time. A weekly email is sent to provides insights and tips that help you work smarter.

 Power Automate - Available 

Microsoft Power Automate (now known as Flow) is a user-friendly, code-free task automation tool. Power Automate provides you the ability to pre-program repetitive tasks. Power Automate solutions can be personal or shared. Power Automate can use connectors that can speak to both Microsoft 365 and non-Microsoft services.

Microsoft Power Apps provides a code-free method of building apps (web and mobile). They enable connection to existing Office 365 data and other data sources and the ability to retrieve and add data.

PowerBI is a self-service, analytical reporting tool. It enables users to import or connect to data, combine it with different data sources, then build reports and dashboards. Once created, those reports can be shared with others and the data can be kept up to date automatically. 

Web Part: Power BI has a web part for pages listed but is only available for those who have a special license.
