Setting up Microsoft Bookings in 13 Simple Steps

Watch a video overview on the topic here:  https://vimeo.com/778523419/08162b4c73

How to Setup: (manual setup instructions)
1. Open MS Edge browser, then go to https://Outlook.office.com/bookings

      2. “Create a new calendar”

      3.  “Create from scratch”

      4.      Name your Calendar (Such as: Steve’s Calendar, etc…)

      5.    Add the Emerge logo. You can find this through Microsoft Teams, in the “E360 All” team in the general channel. Click files, marketing folder, then logos. The “emerge_logo_fullcolor_notagline.png” is the one that you want.

      6.   “Choose a business type” can be skipped.

      7. Set your business hours (days and time)

      8. “Invite Staff” can be skipped for now, people can be added later.

      9. “Set up a service” – This allows you to categorize what sort of appointments you have available and provide the relevant info about them. Multiple service types can be set up if you would like the additional options.

      10. If you need to add additional services, think of them as different time-blocks. One might be 15 minutes, the other might be 30, or one hour, etc.

      11. “Choose who can book appointments” – Choose an option that suits how you will be using the bookings calendar. If you need individuals outside of Emerge to be able to book appointments you would select “Anyone”, but if you’d prefer using it for scheduling meetings among the Emerge team instead, select “People in my organization”

      12. Create Calendar and wait a minute for it to load

      13. Copy the link provided into your email signature so that others can access the calendar and book appointments.

The finished public facing bookings page should look something like this:
